In 2012, we were the first in the industry to propose the precision die-casting process requirements of "4 no, 1 net, and 1 accurate" (no burrs, no peeling, no bubbles, no drilling, clean cutting, and one-time accuracy). In 2018, we proposed the management concept of "three precision and three hundred" (precision molds, precision die-casting, and lean production; 100% qualified size, 100% qualified appearance, and 100% qualified testing) as the lean production principle followed by Xinghe. Since 2008, the company has successively introduced information management systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, BPM, CRM, SRM, APS, WMS, QMS, EHR, etc., gradually building a modern Star River management model that is informationized, digitized, and intelligent. Among them, mold manufacturing has introduced a complete set of automated processing equipment for mold parts and an automated management system for mold manufacturing, making mold processing more precise, efficient, and stable; The die-casting workshop is equipped with over 40 different models of zinc alloy die-casting machines ranging from 18T to 280T, 10 aluminum alloy die-casting machines, and more than 20 CNC machining equipment. We have also independently developed multiple sets of peripheral equipment to assist in automated production, which can meet the die-casting and machining needs of different products; The company's main testing equipment includes more than 20 testing instruments such as 3D scanning measuring instruments, digital microscopy systems, 3D measuring instruments, salt spray testing machines, high temperature and high pressure testing machines, constant temperature and humidity testing machines, steam aging testing machines, density detectors, color difference detectors, roughness detectors, film thickness detectors, metallographic analyzers, RoHS detectors, direct reading spectrometers, etc., which can meet the quality testing needs of customers' products.
